Android (Phone, Tablet, Android TV)

Two paths. We recommend the NorthernSea APK — it's free and pre-configured. If you already pay for TiviMate Premium, use the developer links at the bottom.

Recommended — NorthernSea APK

  1. On your Android device, open the Downloader app from the Play Store. If you don't have it, install it free — it's the standard sideloading tool for Android TV boxes.
  2. In Downloader, enter the code 7382335 and tap Go. The NorthernSea APK downloads to your device.
  3. If Android blocks the install, you'll see a prompt to allow installs from Downloader. Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then press the back button to return to the install prompt.
  4. Tap Install. When it finishes, tap Open to launch NorthernSea.
  5. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter the credentials from your welcome email.
Already pay for TiviMate Premium? Open Downloader, clear the code field, and enter https://files.tivimate.com/tivimate.apk to fetch TiviMate from the developer. Sign in with the same Xtream Codes credentials. NorthernSea does not sell or profit from TiviMate — that's between you and the TiviMate developer.

Fire Stick / Fire TV

Same APK as Android. Fire TV needs a one-time permission flip before sideloading.

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, open Search and install Downloader (orange icon with a smile).
  2. Open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources for Downloader.
  3. Open Downloader. In the URL field, enter the code 7382335 and tap Go. The NorthernSea APK downloads.
  4. When the install prompt appears, confirm and wait. Once installed, tap Open to launch NorthernSea.
  5. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter the credentials from your welcome email.
Heads up: "Apps from Unknown Sources" stays on for Downloader. You can turn it off again in the same Developer Options menu once NorthernSea is installed.
Already pay for TiviMate Premium? In Downloader, clear the code and enter https://files.tivimate.com/tivimate.apk to fetch the developer build. Sign in with the same Xtream Codes credentials.

Roku

Roku doesn't allow sideloaded APKs. Install IPTV Smarters from the Roku Channel Store and sign in with your NorthernSea credentials.

  1. From the Roku home screen, open Streaming Store and search for IPTV Smarters.
  2. Select the channel, then choose Add Channel to install.
  3. Open IPTV Smarters from your Roku home screen.
  4. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter the credentials from your welcome email.
  5. Tap Add User. The channel list loads. EPG appears automatically.
Tip: If IPTV Smarters isn't available in your region's Channel Store, the Roku Web Browser can reach your dashboard for the in-browser player.

Your welcome email contains everything below. If anything is missing, reply to that email and we'll resend.

Premium user? Your welcome email will contain two sets of credentials and an additional DNS endpoint.

  • Premium Username — premium users only, from your welcome email. Works with the premium DNS endpoint.

Worried about leaking our URLs? Don't be. Both our standard DNS endpoints and our Premium DNS endpoint are locked to your username — only NorthernSea customers can use these URLs. You'll never worry about the links going down again.

Stuck?

Reply to your welcome email at NorthernSeaTv@gmail.com and tell us what device you're on and where the install stops. Most issues are a typo in the server URL or a missed app permission — easy to fix.
